Learning Plan 7

In this learning plan, we worked with voice recognition and scanning in forms to fill out. I didn't like the voice recognition too much, because it was so hard to find time to come to school and use the equipment, which made it harder to understand the material itself. I did like the form scanning. That was interesting to me, because I can apply this type of work with my current employer. So my weakness would be the voice recognition of using the Dragon voice recognition software.

Learning Plan 6

This lesson plan  we recorded our voice using a microphone on the computer. It was interesting to use the microphone with music playing in the background. I am attaching a link to my recent recording. The only downfall with this learning plan, you need to pay attention to the type of file when you save and when you want to replay it again, using same software or saving as a mp3.

Learning Plan 5

This learning plan we edited photos using Adobe Photoshop. I was not very familiar with the software but navigated around the program ok. I am attaching a photo that i edited. It was fun to see so many different things that you could change to a picture.

Learning Plan 4

During this lesson plan we used different technology to record our writing. We used the tablet pc to write on the screen and the software recorded what we typed and translated it to type. That was unique. There was many activities involved in this learning plan which made it hard for me to complete on time.

Learning Plan 3

This learning plan was about using different electronic devices to "sync". We also utilized google calendar, which is becoming more and more popular these days. I used my iTouch to sync with my Outlook calendar for school with my contact information and contacts. I did have some trouble originally synching my itouch with outlook, but it was easier after using the job aid provided in class. I found it easy though to use Outlook to add several different events and appointments and using the email feature to invite others to-due tasks.

Learning Plan 2

During this learning plan, I thought that this was one of the easiest tasks I had to complete. It was interesting to use a different type of fax machine and scanner. I never went in depth editng an address book on the fax machine. We also utilized the "delayed" fax on the fax machine, which was unique if you wanted to send a fax at a later time. My only weakness during this lesson plan was utilizing new tasks on the fax machine, such as delayed fax, since the time on the fax machine was incorrect.

After reviewing several different blogging sites, I decided that blogger was most user friendly and probably easiest to access.
I have attached a brief list of different blog sites I researched for general features it may or may not offer.
